ERP
Exposure and Response Prevention is a proven therapy for OCD that helps you break free from the cycle of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. With support and skills, you gradually face the situations or thoughts that trigger your anxiety (the “exposure”) and learn to resist the urge to do your usual rituals or safety behaviours (the “response prevention”). Over time, those triggers start to lose their power.
